Indian airlines are fast modernising their fleet of aircraft. The country's oldest private airline Jet Airways has placed fresh orders for 75 Boeing 737 Max Aircrafts, with an option of purchasing 50 additional planes if required. This deal which will be financed through sale and leaseback agreements will see Jet getting its first aircraft from 2018.
